Our repair process is pretty straight forward

  1. Confirm your product is faulty by reading the user manual supplied.
  2. Obtain a Job number from us via this website or by contacting us by Email, FAX or phone.
  3. Send the product back to us securely packed with the Job number on and inside the package.
  4. We will repair and return your product free of charge if its under warranty.
  5. If your product is out of warranty we will provide an estimate prior repair. There is a charge for estimates.
  6. We will only repair if given the go-ahead. We may ask for a deposit for certain jobs that require expensive parts or a new amplifier module.
  7. Proof of purchase is required for All warranty claims.


Use the form below to raise a Job number/ repair request. Fill as many forms as needed. After submission you'll receive a confirmation email with a Job number. We will only accept repairs with a job number.
